Ingredients
Graham Pie Crust:
- 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted
Key Lime Filling:
- 5 large egg yolks, beaten
- 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
Instructions
Graham Pie Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
- Press crumb mixture into a 9” pie pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
Key Lime Filling:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks in a bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture into a pre-baked 9” graham cracker crust.
- Bake until filling is set, about 15 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
