Ingredients

Graham Pie Crust:

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted

Key Lime Filling:

  • 5 large egg yolks, beaten
  • 1 can (300ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

Instructions

Graham Pie Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the melted butter and stir until well combined.
  3. Press crumb mixture into a 9” pie pan. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.

Key Lime Filling:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  2. Combine sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks in a bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into a pre-baked 9” graham cracker crust.
  4. Bake until filling is set, about 15 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
